With an extensive range of constructional and finishing skills available and a commitment to respecting the integrity of the craftsman who created an item, the facility to effect tasteful period restoration work is an active part of the day to day life of the workshop.

A stock of materials has been built up to allowing period timbers to be used in a repair where possible. It is a privilege to share the experience of a cabinet maker from perhaps two hundred years ago, his techniques, his standards his materials all tell a story about the man.
